1. Age Requirement

Nowa Chat is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older.

Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Nowa Chat. We do not target the application to children or minors.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their age and complying with the minimum age requirement.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Nowa Chat has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Child grooming
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Sexual solicitation of minors
• Sextortion involving minors
• Any other conduct that facilitates or promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of children

Any such content or conduct is strictly prohibited on Nowa Chat.

We do not permit users to create, upload, share, request, promote, or facilitate content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

3. In-App Reporting Flow

Users can report suspected child-safety violations, underage users, or predatory conduct directly from within the Nowa Chat application:

1. Access the Menu: On any user profile screen or within an active chat conversation, tap the 3-dot menu icon (⋮ / More options) in the top right corner.
2. Select Report: Tap “Report Profile” or “Report Message”.
3. Specify the Violation: Select the reason corresponding to “Child Safety / Underage User / CSAE / Inappropriate Content” and provide any optional context.
4. Instant Priority Handling: Submitting this report flags the target account with immediate emergency priority for our trust and safety team. You will also be prompted with the option to instantly block the user, terminating all further communications.

Reports concerning suspected CSAE or CSAM are investigated immediately and handled in strict accordance with mandatory child safety reporting laws.

4. Enforcement, Account Termination & Legal Escalation

When content or conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is identified or reported, we execute immediate, uncompromising enforcement:

• Immediate Account Termination & Permanent Ban: The offending account is terminated immediately, all active device sessions and account authorizations are revoked, and the user is permanently banned from accessing Nowa Chat.
• Device & Identifier Blacklisting: Associated device identifiers are permanently blacklisted from re-registering on our platform.
• Mandatory Reporting to Authorities & NCMEC: In accordance with international and United States federal reporting requirements, confirmed or suspected incidents involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploitation (CSAE) are escalated and reported directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate local and international law enforcement agencies.
• Evidence Preservation: Relevant metadata, registration records, and report submissions are preserved in secure custody strictly for law enforcement investigation pursuant to valid legal process.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use Nowa Chat to:

• Contact or solicit minors for sexual purposes;
• Request, share, distribute, or promote CSAM;
• Groom or sexually exploit a child;
• Arrange sexual activity involving a minor;
• Threaten or blackmail a minor for sexual material;
• Facilitate the exploitation or trafficking of minors; or
• Circumvent the application’s age restrictions for the purpose of accessing or interacting with minors.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.

6. Child Safety Contact

Nowa Chat maintains a designated point of contact for child-safety matters and communications from Google Play, users, law-enforcement authorities, and child-safety organizations.

7. Compliance

Nowa Chat is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations.

Where a report involves suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, we will take appropriate action consistent with applicable law and our published safety standards.

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes to the application, our safety procedures, or applicable requirements.
