Account Deletion Instructions

At BOUSSELHAM, we believe you should always retain full ownership of your data, including the right to permanently erase your presence from our systems.

Method 1: In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest and most direct method to delete your account is through the Nowa Chat mobile application:

1. Open Nowa Chat on your mobile device.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon) > Account > Delete My Account.
3. Review the deletion warning.
4. Enter your password or authentication confirmation code.
5. Tap Permanently Delete Account.

Your device will immediately clear its local data (removing stored conversations, local keys, and cached media) and notify our servers to permanently remove your account.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request / Email Fallback

If you no longer have access to your mobile device or the Nowa Chat application:

1. Send an email to support@nowa-chat.com with the subject line:
   Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email Address]
2. Send this email from the exact email address registered to your Nowa Chat account.
3. Our automated verification system will send a secure confirmation link to verify your identity.
4. Upon clicking the confirmation link, your deletion request will be executed immediately.
