At BOUSSELHAM, we believe privacy and safety must co-exist. While end-to-end encryption ensures your conversations remain confidential, our platform strictly prohibits harmful behavior.

Core Principles

1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any threat, hate speech, stalking, non-consensual sharing of intimate imagery, or coordinated bullying will lead to immediate account termination.
2. Child Protection & Zero Tolerance for CSAE: Content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM/CSAE) is strictly prohibited. Accounts engaging in such activity will be permanently banned and reported to relevant legal authorities and NCMEC.
3. No Fraud or Malicious Impersonation: Attempting to scam users, impersonate support personnel, or conduct phishing campaigns is prohibited.
4. Platform & Network Security: Do not abuse system APIs, conduct automated scraping, or attempt denial-of-service attacks against the network.

How Moderation Works with End-to-End Encryption

Because our servers cannot read your messages:

• You are in control: You can block any user instantly. Blocking prevents them from routing any further messages or media to your device.
• Reporting via 3-Dot Menu: If you encounter abusive behavior, tap the 3-dot menu (⋮) on the profile or conversation to submit a report. Your device will submit recent messages with a secure verification tag to authenticate the report.
• Human Moderation: Human moderators review verified reports. If verified, the offender’s account is permanently banned, and all their device sessions are revoked immediately.
